Compass Pro partners with dental consultants, technology providers, sales professionals, and industry organizations to help practices modernize their operations, improve workflows, and deliver better patient experiences.

Create New Revenue Opportunities While Helping Dental and Orthodontic Practices Move Forward

Partner with Compass Pro to introduce dental and orthodontic practices to modern, cloud-based practice management software.

Whether you want to make trusted referrals, actively develop sales opportunities, or build a broader strategic relationship, the Compass Pro Partner Program provides a structured way to grow your business while helping practices improve their operational management.

Choose the partnership model that best matches your experience, professional network, and preferred level of involvement.

Grow With Compass Pro

Dental and orthodontic practices increasingly need connected technology to manage scheduling, patient records, treatment workflows, billing, insurance, communications, documents, imaging, reporting, and day-to-day administration.

Compass Pro brings these capabilities together in one cloud-based dental and orthodontic practice management platform.

As a Compass Pro partner, you can introduce a valuable software solution to the practices and organizations you already serve while creating new commercial opportunities for yourself or your business.

Choose Your Partnership Program

Compass Pro offers three partnership opportunities based on how actively you want to participate.

Referral Partner

Make an Introduction. We Handle the Rest.

The Referral Partner Program is designed for professionals with established relationships with dental or orthodontic practices who do not want to manage the entire sales process.

You identify a practice that may benefit from Compass Pro, obtain permission to make the introduction, and register the referral with us. The Compass Pro team manages product discovery, demonstrations, proposals, onboarding, and ongoing software support.

Referral Partners May Include

  • Dental consultants
  • Practice management coaches
  • Dental equipment representatives
  • IT consultants and managed service providers
  • Marketing agencies serving dental practices
  • Accountants and business advisors
  • Dental industry professionals
  • Existing customers and product advocates
  • Other trusted industry connectors

What You Do

What Compass Pro Does

  • Reviews and registers the referral
  • Contacts the referred practice
  • Conducts discovery and product demonstrations
  • Prepares proposals and agreements
  • Manages customer onboarding and implementation
  • Provides ongoing product support
  • Provides appropriate referral status updates

Your Potential Benefit

Approved Referral Partners can receive compensation when an eligible, registered referral becomes a paying Compass Pro customer.

Referral reward amounts, eligibility requirements, opportunity registration rules, and payment timing are outlined in the Referral Partner Program Guide for qualified applicants.

Authorized Sales Partner

Develop Opportunities and Earn Sales-Based Compensation

The Authorized Sales Partner Program is intended for experienced sales professionals, consultants, and organizations that want to take a more active role in introducing and selling Compass Pro.

Authorized Sales Partners help identify prospects, begin business conversations, understand practice needs, coordinate demonstrations, and support opportunities as they move through the sales process.

Compass Pro supports the partner with product knowledge, sales materials, demonstrations, proposals, contracting, onboarding, and customer support.

Your Potential Benefit

Approved Authorized Sales Partners can receive sales-based compensation for eligible customers and revenue generated through registered opportunities.

The compensation model may depend on the partner’s role, level of involvement, geographic market, and the type of customer opportunity. Detailed commission terms, eligible revenue, payment timing, and performance requirements are provided after qualification.

Partners may also be able to offer their own complementary consulting or professional services directly to practices, subject to the applicable partner agreement and clear separation from services provided by Compass Pro.

Who We Are Looking For

We are interested in working with professionals and organizations that understand the needs of dental and orthodontic practices and value long-term, professional relationships.

A strong potential partner may have:

  • Experience in the dental, orthodontic, healthcare, software, consulting, or technology sectors
  • Established relationships with dental practice owners or decision-makers
  • A professional reputation within their market
  • Experience in business development, consulting, sales, education, or technology
  • A clear understanding of the market or audience they serve
  • The ability to communicate software capabilities accurately
  • A relationship-first approach to business development
  • An interest in creating measurable value for dental and orthodontic practices

Previous dental software experience can be valuable but is not required for every partnership type.

Partnership

Is there a cost to apply or join the Partner Program?

There is no cost to submit a Partnership Request.

Any program-specific obligations or business expenses will be discussed before an applicant signs a partner agreement.

Does Compass Pro offer commissions or referral rewards?

Compass Pro intends to offer compensation for eligible opportunities under approved Referral Partner and Authorized Sales Partner arrangements.

The exact compensation structure depends on the program, the partner’s responsibilities, and the applicable written agreement.

Why are the commission amounts not listed publicly?

Partner roles and responsibilities can differ significantly. A professional making an introduction does not have the same responsibilities as a sales partner developing and supporting an opportunity.

Qualified applicants receive the relevant compensation details, eligibility rules, and payment terms before deciding whether to proceed.

Does submitting the form automatically make me a Compass Pro partner?

No. Submitting a Partnership Request begins the review process but does not create a partnership, agency, employment relationship, exclusivity arrangement, or right to compensation.

A partnership begins only after approval and the signing of the applicable written agreement.

Who conducts product demonstrations?

Compass Pro can conduct or support product demonstrations.

Authorized Sales Partners may participate in demonstrations after completing the applicable product and sales training.

Who handles customer onboarding and product support?

Compass Pro manages the software onboarding, implementation process, and ongoing product support unless a written strategic agreement establishes a different arrangement.

How are referrals and sales opportunities registered?

Approved partners receive access to the applicable referral or opportunity-registration process.

An opportunity generally needs to be registered and accepted by Compass Pro before it becomes eligible for partner compensation.

What happens when an opportunity already exists?

Existing customers, active Compass Pro prospects, duplicate submissions, and previously registered opportunities may not qualify as new partner opportunities.

The applicable Partner Program Guide and agreement explain how these situations are handled.

Can I represent other software products?

Partner arrangements are generally evaluated individually. Potential conflicts, directly competing products, and disclosure requirements will be discussed during qualification.

Any exclusivity requirement would need to be expressly included in a written agreement.

Do I need to meet a sales quota?

Referral Partners are not expected to conduct a complete sales process.

Authorized Sales Partner expectations may depend on the market, territory, and commercial arrangement. Any performance requirements will be disclosed before the partner agreement is signed.

Can companies and organizations apply?

Yes. Individuals, independent professionals, businesses, associations, and other organizations may submit a Partnership Request.

Which geographic markets are eligible?

Compass Pro is currently focused on dental and orthodontic practice opportunities in Canada and selected North American markets.

Professionals and organizations in other regions may also submit a request to discuss future market-development opportunities.

What information will I receive after applying?

Qualified applicants may receive:

  • A description of the recommended partnership program
  • Partner responsibilities
  • Compensation or commercial information
  • Opportunity-registration rules
  • Training requirements
  • Partner resources
  • The applicable agreement and supporting schedules

The information provided depends on the proposed partnership model.

Turn Your Dental Industry Relationships Into New Opportunities

Your network, market experience, and professional relationships may help dental and orthodontic practices discover a more connected way to manage their operations.

Tell us about your experience, the market you serve, and how you would like to work with Compass Pro.

We will review your request and contact qualified applicants to discuss the most appropriate partnership opportunity.

Submitting a Partnership Request does not create a partnership, employment, agency, exclusivity, or compensation arrangement. Any partnership opportunity is subject to review, approval, and a written agreement signed by Compass Pro by eStatim Inc. and the applicant.
