Compass Pro is inviting a small number of dental and orthodontic practices to join our 12-month Pilot Program. Selected practices will receive access to Compass Pro with no platform subscription fee during the pilot period.

This program is designed for practices that want to evaluate Compass Pro in a real practice environment while helping us improve workflows, usability, configuration, reporting, and specialty-specific features.

Applications must be submitted by September 1, 2026. Only the first 5 accepted applicants will receive pilot access.

Important Program Limitations

We want pilot practices to have a clear understanding of what is included — and what may require additional planning or paid work.

The Compass Pro Pilot Program is intended to help selected practices evaluate the software, test workflows, provide feedback, and understand whether the platform is a good fit.

The pilot does not automatically include all services that may be required for a full production migration.

For example, if your practice completes the 12-month pilot and later decides to move forward with Compass Pro, migrating, cleaning, importing, or merging existing patient data from another system may require separate paid work.

This type of migration is not always straightforward. It may depend on:

• The structure and quality of your existing patient data
• The export format available from your current software
• Duplicate records, incomplete records, or inconsistent fields
• The amount of historical clinical, billing, document, or imaging data involved
• Whether data needs to be cleaned, mapped, merged, or validated
• Any third-party system limitations

We will provide a detailed limitations page so every pilot applicant understands what is included, what is not included, and what may require a separate paid service after the pilot.

How the Pilot Program Works

1. Apply Online

Tell us about your practice, your current software environment, your main operational challenges, and what you want to improve.

2. Discovery Call

We review your goals, workflows, team size, locations, and pilot readiness.

3. Practice Fit Review

Because pilot capacity is limited, we select practices where Compass Pro can provide meaningful value and where feedback can help improve the platform.

4. Pilot Acceptance

Only the first 5 accepted applicants will receive pilot access. Acceptance is based on fit, readiness, and available onboarding capacity.

5. Onboarding and Setup

Selected practices receive onboarding support, configuration guidance, and training for key users.

6. Pilot Launch

Your team begins using Compass Pro in a structured pilot environment with support for success.

7. Feedback and Optimization

We collect feedback, review workflows, and help your team get more value from the platform over the pilot period.

8. End-of-Pilot Review

At the end of the 12-month pilot, your practice can decide whether Compass Pro is the right long-term solution. If additional work is required, such as data migration, data merging, custom configuration, or optional integrations, we will review the scope and pricing separately.

• Only the first 5 accepted applicants will receive access to the pilot.
• No credit card is required to apply or enroll.
• There is no obligation to purchase after the pilot ends.
• Your practice owns its data.
• Data export options are available.
• Third-party costs are not included, such as SMS, eFax, payment gateway fees, imaging hardware, external services, or optional integrations.
• Data migration, data cleanup, data merging, historical record import, custom integrations, and advanced configuration may require separate paid work.
• Pilot participation is limited to selected practices.
• Enrollment may close before the deadline if all available spots are filled.
